Overview

This chapter gets your AI agent ready to work, in two steps:

  • Set up the LLM — give the agent a “brain” (realvco recommends a ChatGPT subscription + a DeepSeek API key) and connect it to OpenClaw (Rose) and Hermes (Ada / Vi).
  • Connect a channel — link Telegram so you can chat with the agent and assign tasks straight from your phone.

Do them in order: set up the LLM first, then connect a channel (the last connection step asks the agent to finish the setup, and it can’t act without a brain).
